Reflection
If you know Him, show Him.
Worship Him like none other.
If He’s worthy, tell Him.
Worship Him today with all your heart.
“For He is the living God, And steadfast forever;
His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed,
And His dominion shall endure to the end.
He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders
In heaven and on earth…” Daniel 6:26–27 (NKJV)
After witnessing God deliver Daniel from the lions’ den, King Darius immediately declared who the God of Daniel is: “He is the living God… His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed.”
It’s hard not to respond in worship after witnessing God’s marvelous deeds and experiencing His awesome power.
“The living God” King Darius spoke about then is the same living God we know today now.
And He still delivers.
He still rescues.
He still works signs and wonders.
His Kingdom still cannot be destroyed.
And His dominion still has no end.
The Father loves us.
The Son saves us.
And the Holy Spirit lives within us.
He is the living God, steadfast forever.
This week, let’s intentionally worship the one true and living God with all our hearts.
Prayer
Merciful God, in the name of Jesus, I worship You for who You are. Father, thank You for loving me. Jesus, thank You for saving me. Holy Spirit, thank You for living within me, guiding me, and empowering me.
Forgive me for the times I have come before You with so many requests that I have neglected to worship You. Teach me to know You more fully, love You more deeply, and honor You with my life.
Help me not to come before You only because of what I need, but to take time to honor, praise, and worship You for who You are.
You are my God not only because of what You have done for me, but because of who You are. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, You alone are worthy of my worship. One God whom I will worship with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Have a MARVELOUS MONDAY and MIRACULOUS GOD-FILLED WEEK!
KEEP THE FAITH!
